About this production line ,among which ,Glue spreading-overlaying-drying Machine and Glazing Machine are equipment which will give the advanced processing to the board .the above two machines can overlay and glaze the mgo board or ordinary wood board. the Glue spreading-overlaying-drying Machine can overlay wood-grain paper,PVC film and boeing filmthe glazing Machine will glaze the overlaid with wood-grain paper, and make the board with bright light or dull light. the above processing will replace former painting woking processing (because the wood-grain paper is not waerable and it has no glass degree) 

2. product feature

the product manufactured by this equipment has following features:fireproof ,waterproof,environmental protection and no toxicity,at the same time it is rasistant againsit acid,alkali and aging .this product can be nailed,planed,sawed,stuck.In view of that its fireproofing grade is A. so our product will not be combuetible when the fire is 800-1000C,At the same time ,when our product is fell into the water for a week, there is not the following phenomenon such as chalking,deformation and warp.In light of there is no glue in the raw materials.so thereis not formaldehyde and benzene for our boards.

The production line for mgo board is composed of board-making machine,glue-spreading and veneering-drying machine and glazing machine.according to the production and the automatic degree, this production line is divided into 6 models and three specifications ,such as large ,middle and small specification.The production line for mgo board has :production workshop ,finished product workshop and raw material warehouse . workshop:100---1000m2,worker:3---6person,water:ordinary water,electricity:1.1—10KW(according to different scale)
